Welcome to my professional portfolio!
As I complete my 18th year in K–12 education, including five years as a virtual instructor, I am excitedly looking ahead to the next chapter of my career. Upon completing my Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) degree in Educational Leadership, Curriculum Director concentration, in May 2024, I am eager to transition into a role focused on curriculum development, instructional design, or assessment innovation within K–12 education or edtech.
This portfolio reflects my passion for designing engaging, standards-aligned learning experiences that drive student success. Throughout my teaching and leadership journey, I have witnessed firsthand the transformative power of strategic curriculum and assessment design. Guided by this belief, I have honed my skills in creating learner-centered instructional materials, writing accessible assessments, and developing content that fosters critical thinking, literacy growth, and authentic engagement.
Within these pages, you will find a collection of projects demonstrating my commitment to high-quality curriculum design, accessible instructional practices, and research-based literacy strategies. These resources are tailored to diverse learners and informed by the Science of Reading, Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles, and inclusive pedagogy.
Additionally, this portfolio highlights my work presenting at professional conferences, collaborating on interdisciplinary instructional projects, and integrating technology and AI tools to enhance learning and feedback processes. These experiences have reinforced my belief that innovation, data-driven decision-making, and equity must work together to transform education for all learners.
Thank you for visiting. I look forward to connecting with organizations and professionals who are passionate about advancing educational excellence through innovation, learner-centered design, and high-impact curriculum and assessment development.
